
Eoin O’Gorman qualified as a solicitor in 1996, having graduated from University College Cork with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1991.
He completed his apprenticeship with MJ O’Connor & Co. Solicitors in Wexford between 1993 and 1996 before joining James P. Coghlan & Co. Solicitors in New Ross. Eoin became a partner in the firm in 2001 and remained a partner following the establishment of Coghlan Kelly Solicitors in 2005 until 2014.
In 2014, Eoin established Eoin O’Gorman Solicitors, continuing to build a practice focused on providing practical, client-focused legal advice. In 2017, the firm relocated to its current offices at Crescent Quay in Wexford town.
Eoin has extensive experience advising both private and commercial clients across a broad range of legal matters. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Wexford Solicitors Association and the Faculty of Notaries Public in Ireland.
Eoin was appointed as a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ireland in 2010 and continues to provide notarial services throughout Wexford and the surrounding counties.
A lifelong Wexford man, Eoin is married to Annette (née Williams) and they have four children. He has a long-standing involvement in local sport, having played Gaelic football, hurling and soccer, and continues to be actively involved as an underage coach with The Faythe Harriers Hurling and Camogie Club.

Caroline O’Connor qualified as a solicitor in 1974. Shortly afterwards, she moved to Canada for two years to broaden her legal experience before returning to Ireland to continue her career in private practice.
After working as an assistant solicitor in two practices, Caroline established her own practice in Taghmon in 1979. Due to the continued growth and success of the practice, she later relocated to Cornmarket in Wexford town in the early 1980s.
Caroline was joined early in her practice by her long-standing secretarial staff, Breda Nolan and Marie O’Sullivan, both of whom remain part of the team to this day. Caroline and her staff joined Eoin O’Gorman Solicitors in January 2017.
Over many decades in practice, Caroline has developed extensive experience across a broad range of legal matters. She has acted for numerous developers in the establishment and sale of large residential developments, as well as advising clients on residential and commercial property sales, purchases and lending transactions.
Caroline has particular expertise in farm and business transfers, estate planning, wills and the administration of estates. She has assisted generations of families and businesses in planning for the future and navigating significant life events with practical and trusted legal advice.
In addition to running a busy legal practice, Caroline served for ten years as both a member and chairperson of a tribunal. She has also successfully represented many clients in litigation matters, including personal injury and employment-related claims.
After more than four decades in practice, Caroline brings a wealth of practical knowledge, sound judgement and experience to every client matter.

Paul Brady joined Eoin O’Gorman Solicitors in September 2020, having previously worked with Gartlan Furey Solicitors and Cormac O’Ceallaigh & Co Solicitors.
Paul graduated from Maynooth University with an Honours Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2016 and has developed extensive experience advising clients in both residential and commercial property transactions.
Paul regularly advises buyers, sellers, investors and lenders in relation to a wide range of conveyancing and property matters. He is committed to providing practical legal advice, clear communication and efficient service throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Active within the legal and wider community, Paul previously served as President of the Maynooth Law Society and volunteered with both the Glasnevin Lions Club and the Order of Malta Ambulance Corps, reflecting his strong commitment to leadership and community involvement.
Originally from County Kildare, Paul moved to Wexford in 2020 with his partner and their two children. He combines a professional and client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for those he represents.
